Use | Use of this product is used as wool shrinkage inhibitor. Its usage is as follows: 40 parts of water, 0.1 parts of water-soluble polyurethane is prepared into a padding solution, 0.12 parts of sodium bisulfite is added to adjust the pH value, 0.1 parts of penetrant and 0.2 parts of softener are added, the wool fabric was placed therein. After dipping, it is dried at 100 ℃ for 20 min, then heat-treated at 130 ℃ for 8 min, and then washed with soap. Area felting shrinkage of treated wool is <3%, less than 8% as specified by International Wool Bureau. |
It is irritating and should not come into direct contact with the skin. Place in a cool and ventilated warehouse, do not store with flammable materials, and keep away from ignition sources.
Add polyether with a hydroxyl value of 56 to the reactor, heat it up to 120-130 ℃ under stirring, dehydrate it under reduced pressure (vacuum degree 6.67kPa) for 2 hours, cool it down, and add diisocyanate (polyether to diisocyanate molar ratio 2:1). React at 80-90 ℃ for 3 hours to obtain the prepolymer. Add the above prepolymer to the dissolution tank, dissolve with ethyl acetate, and then add 10% to 20% ethanol, stirring for 10 minutes. Pour into an aqueous solution of sodium bisulfite (molar ratio of sodium bisulfite to diisocyanate is 1:1), vigorously stir for 30 minutes to obtain a transparent solution, which is the product.
